MOSCOW, Jul 15 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly has approved an application of Group of investment and construction companies MAX to purchase DIY retail chain OBI in Russia, the service said in a statement on Friday.
"The service … has approved an application of Group of investment and construction companies MAX to acquire the Russian business of OBI," the service said.
The deal will not limit competition on the market, because the companies operate in different segments, the service also said.
